He is a graduate of the Mousab Khorma Youth Education and Empowerment Fund at Ruwwad, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University. He is a community leader with over 20 years of experience in volunteerism and community engagement. He works through a rights-based approach, embedding conflict management, youth empowerment, and the promotion of youth participation in community service, in collaboration with local and international institutions and initiatives. He has extensive experience in community development, combining a developmental vision with a deep understanding of the needs of vulnerable communities, particularly in national contexts facing social and economic challenges. He is passionate about building and strengthening effective communication bridges between individuals and relevant institutions.
